Chris is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Plumber, Oil Burner Technician, Refrigeration Technician, Gas Fitter, Sprinkler Fitter (fire protection) and is a Licensed Vocational Educator in the field of H.V.A.C.\R. As well as being a certified E.P.A. Chief Examiner for many 608 refrigerant recovery education programs. He is a certified instructor for National Oil Heat Research Alliance. Chris is working on his degree in Occupational Education from Fitchburg State College. He was a member of The United Association of Plumbers and Pipe fitters (AFL-CIO) before going into business as a mechanical contractor. After selling his share of the business to his partners Chris went to work for local full service oil company as a general manager. Then working in a management capacity at a national H.V.A.C.\R wholesaler. Chris currently is a H.V.A.C.\R Instructor at Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School located in Charlton Massachusetts. During the past 14 years he has been the Oil Heat Instructor at Worcester Vocational Technical High School adult education program. As well as being a member of the H.V.A.C.\R. faculty at The Peterson School of Engineering in Westwood, Massachusetts. He is active in many trade organizations including the National Association of Oil Heat Service Managers where he serves as the chapter’s education chairman. He is also a member of the local ACCA Chapter, The Massachusetts Vocational Association, The Association for Career and Technical Education, The National Education Association and the Massachusetts Teachers Association.
Chris lives in
central Massachusetts with his wife and their five children and their
