Jack Bartell is Director of Service & Training for Virginia Air, one of the largest distributors of York products in the country.  He’s been in the HVAC industry for over 35 years, working in service, sales and training.  He was employed by York International for 15 years in the service and training group, departing as Manager of Training to join Virginia Air.  In those roles he conducted HVAC industry related training seminars all over the world.  He’s an active member of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society, where he’s been a frequent speaker and contributor to the RSES journal.  He is an active contributor to the Air Conditioning Contractors of America, sitting on committees to help rewrite residential and commercial load calculation procedures used by the HVAC industry. 
Jack is certified in five NATE specialties and sits on the technical review committee.
