Robert
graduated in 1987 from Algonquin College (Ottawa) from their HVACR
program in. He immediately returned to Montreal to start his career in
the HVACR service industry.
He worked seven years for his first employer installing and servicing
most of the standard applications in both the refrigeration and air
conditioning domains for commercial, industrial and institutional
customers.
In 1994 he decided on a change and moved onto another large contractor
involved in installing and servicing all applications of refrigeration
and air conditioning. At this time he started working on ultra low
temperature systems and other equipment in the bio-medical field. This
type of work also included environmental chambers and rooms for creating
specific testing environments for a variety of products.
In 1999 Robert completed the necessary governmental qualification exams
for operation of a HVACR contracting business. He started a small
service orientated business.
In 2000 he received an offer of employment from Liebert, a manufacturer
of precision cooling products and power products serving the IT, Telecom
and medical fields. His job description includes many functions. His
main role is to provide assistance at startup and commissioning of new
installations. He is responsible for providing technical support on all
precision cooling products and their associated control and monitoring
products. He is responsible for helping to manage a network of service
affiliates throughout Canada in all areas of response that Liebert is
responsible for. A big part of his responsibilities is to provide
training for their applications and this he enjoys immensely .This has
led him to the faculty of HVACReducation.net where he can help use his
knowledge to help train people either entering or upgrading their skill
